We invite the submission of abstracts for all categories/ papers by 09th January 2009. Abstracts should be submit via Conftool confarence system as text(limited styling)and also as file by uploading.

Abstracts submitted by fax or mail will not be processed.

Abstracts can be submitted only in English

All authors must also submit brief resume at the same time.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to all successfully submitted abstracts; if no confirmation is received, the abstract has not been correctly submitted and will not be processed.

In the first instance we ask for the submission of abstracts. If your abstract is accepted, you will be invited to submit a full paper in June. The scientific committee will also review full papers. Full papers will be selected for presentation at the symposium if the revision is not necessary, if it is necessary you will be invited to submit your revised paper in September.

Full papers will be included in the official final Symposium  Programme and they will be published in the Symposium proceedings only if the payment of the symposium  is received by September 4 ^th , 2009 for the presenting author.

Papers will be selected subject to a double blind review process by an international scientific committee.

Abstracts of proposals should be in line with the general aims of IAPS-CSBE & IAPS-Housing Network and they should relate to the Symposium title. Each abstract should include an introduction, theoretical backgrounds, methods, results and conclusions. Include in your abstract, only the relevant information that the committee would easily comprehend the scope of work, determine its relevance. Preference will be given to those abstracts that provide a concise and thorough summary of the study objectives and results.

The criteria for selection are:

• Relevance to the symposium theme
• Quality and rigour of research/ work
• Clarity of presentation i.e. the abstract should clearly specify research/work intent and conduct including the research question or issue, the context in which it arises and has significance, the outline of the enquiry itself, and the outcomes.
