Abstract Format for Category a : Paper presentations

Each abstracts should contain the following items:

Title
Author(s) name(s) and affiliation(s)
Presenting author's full address and contacts
Abstract of the paper (600-700 words excluding references)
5 keywords
Corresponding/presenting author
 
Abstract Format for Category b : Posters

Each abstracts should contain the following items:

Title
Author(s) name(s) and affiliation(s)
Presenting author's full address and contacts
Abstract of the paper (400-500 words excluding max. 4 bibliographical references)
5 keywords
Corresponding/presenting author

Note: Each poster should be of the following size: 70 cm width x 100 cm height. Detailed information will be given later.
 
Abstract Format for Category c : Invited and Proposed Symposia

First the abstract of the symposia proposal should be submitted, selecting either "invited symposium" or "proposed symposium" as typology, setting the number of convenors as number of authors, and filling in all the required fields (names, affiliation, etc.).

Once the convenors have done this, participants in the symposium should separately submit their presentations, selecting either "paper in invited symposium" or "paper in proposed symposium" as typology, indicating the title of the symposium where the paper is allocated and the name of its convenor(s), and filling in all the other required fields.

Each symposium will cover one slot (1 hour and 15 minutes) hosting four speakers (either four papers, or a symposium introduction and/or a discussant plus three papers). Each symposium proposal should contain the following items:

Title of the symposia
Convenor(s)
Discussant (optional)
Abstract of the symposia (max. 400-500 words excluding references).
Abstracts of the three or four papers to be hosted in the symposia.

Notes for all categories:
  1. Title of abstract: Should not exceed 10 words.
  2. Corresponding/presenting author: Name of the person expected to make the presentation at the Symposium; this is the person to whom all correspondence will be addressed. Include all contact information - affiliation/ employer, street address, city, state/province and zip/postal code (as applicable), country, telephone, fax, mobile phone, and e-mail address.
